Oliver Fairmont is a main character in the first season of the Netflix original series, First Kill. He is portrayed by Dylan McNamara.
Oliver is a Legacy vampire and Juliette's older brother.

Background[]
Oliver is the only son of Margot and Sebastian Fairmont, the fraternal twin brother of Elinor, and older brother of Juliette. Oliver and Elinor were often unstable as children, lashing out in cold or calculated ways. Elinor framed Oliver as the mentally unstable one with violent impulses and an inability to control his thirst. The twins killed his turtle when he was five because it smelled. Oliver completed his first kill with Dr. Deborah with Elinor's supervision, though the kill was messy and brutal. They also killed a camp counselor named Stephanie.[1]
Margot and Sebastian sent Oliver to Prague to maintain their prestigious status. During his dalliances, Oliver befriended a witch named Carmen, who agreed to help him get revenge on his family for their actions against him.
Throughout the Series[]
Season 1[]
Oliver and Carmen killed Ashley as a gift to Juliette, since he was suspecting that she wasn't eating because he saw their mother buying blood pills. Carmen also needed a human liver so they could turn Ashley into a zombie, because "why not".
Oliver attends Juliette’s Consecration ceremony, interrupting their parents and walking her down the stairs. His parents tell him to leave, but he doesn’t. He follows Juliette to where Elinor has kidnapped Calliope and tells Juliette she doesn’t have to bite her, and cuts her ropes. He fights Elinor to help Juliette save Cal. When Mike and Sarah Franklin arrive, Oliver and Elinor tell Juliette to run and they fight, and eventually kill, the hunters. Tess confronts Oliver when she finds her parents dead, and Apollo uses the distraction to impale him with a silver tipped spear.[2]
He is then taken hostage by the Burns family.[3] They torture him, thinking he took Calliope, but he just taunts and laughs at them. Apollo and Theo remove his ring and find a string that is inside his body, saying it comes from a witch of the daedra coven. Talia takes over and questions and tortures him more, then calls Margot. She lets her hear him scream as she tortures him. They set up an exchange of hostages, but he escapes thanks to Carmen, who creates a distracting storm.
When Juliette and Cal kill Zombie-Ashley, Oliver and Carmen show up and tell her why they did it. He gets upset when compared to Elinor and threatens to make Cal a zombie. Juliette stands up to them to protect Calliope. When he finds out they are in love, he looks regretful. He tells her why he's come back - to get revenge on his twin sister Elinor. After Calliope leaves, he proposes that if she helps them take Elinor down they can turn her human with a spell so she can live with her girlfriend, no strings attached.[4]
Later, when the girls need a place to hide, Juliette calls and asks for help but doesn't want to help him hurt Elinor. He agrees anyway, saying that he's there whenever she needs him. When they don’t show up, Oliver goes to their parents house to get her. He is stopped by Sebastian and they fight until he realizes that his father has been made into a legacy.[5]
Oliver and Carmen comfort her after Theo dies, when Elinor blamed her for everything that happened and she thinks Elinor killed Theo. Juliette gives him the key to Elinor’s secret trophy stash so she can be turned over to the police. When Elinor is being interrogated, Oliver comes in posing as a lawyer and talks to her. He tells her she underestimated Jules. They talk about how she made him kill his turtle and two other female caretakers (a camp counselor and a therapist) using her powers, she claims she did it to help him with his first kill and that the turtle "smelled really bad". He wants to know why she did it, but she only tells him that she “felt like it”. He then taunts her and says her dad isn't coming to help her then leaves her alone.
When Theo is turned into a vampire by Juliette, Talia saves him from Jack who wants to kill Theo. She leaves him with Oliver and Carmen. They take him out back to reveal a collection of monsters. While welcoming Theo to the family, Oliver remarks they are going to run the place.[1]
