The school is a major part of the show in season 1, where many important events take place such as

• Juliette and Calliope meet for the first time, sparking the events of the show
• A wake for one of the killed students is held at the school
• Margot and Talia meet, where Talia confirms her suspicion on if the Fairmont family are vampires or not
• The couple hide after the attack on the Fairmont Residence
• A zombie attacks the school, killing another student
• Protests are held outside the school by the vigilante group M.A.A.M

Notes and Trivia

• There are numerous trophies and award plaques in the Principal Waters' office, most of which belong to him. The include Recognition for Outstanding Service and Teacher of the Year. There are also sports-related trophies for running, soccer, football, and baseball.
• The school's colours are Red, Black and White. The college jackets and gym clothes all have the same color.
• The slogan for the school is "Where learning lives", which is on their grey gym t-shirts and hanging banners.
• By the theatre setup bed where Jules and Cal hide and sleep, there's various flags, one of which says "Scholastic Chess State Champions 2016"
